We deliver within Canberra and surrounding areas.

• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before the daily cut-off time.
• Delivery time cannot be guaranteed unless arranged in advance.
• Please ensure the delivery address and recipient details are correct.

If the address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, additional delivery fees may apply.

When delivering to hospitals, offices, or institutions, we rely on the information provided by the customer.

If the recipient has been discharged, moved, or cannot be located, the delivery will be considered attempted and redelivery may require an additional fee.

Some of our bouquets are created using seasonal flowers selected by our florists.

Flower varieties may vary depending on seasonal availability, but the overall style and colour palette will always be respected.

Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before delivery may be eligible for store credit.

Orders cancelled within 48 hours of delivery are non-refundable due to flowers already being prepared.

If your bouquet arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos so we can assist.
